Batch 01

The raw heat of slow fermentation

Unpasteurized wildflower honey naturally fermented with fresh habaneros. No added vinegar, no artificial sugars, no shortcuts. Just pure floral sweetness met with intense, raw heat.

Our Process

Three ingredients, shaped by time

We source single-origin wildflower honey and ferment it naturally with fresh habaneros. By avoiding pasteurization and added vinegar, we preserve the honey's floral complexity and allow the heat to develop organically over weeks.

This slow, unhurried fermentation creates a balanced, thick pantry staple that brings intense heat to everyday meals. Once a batch sells out, we must wait for the next seasonal harvest before we can bottle more.
